I have a 2005 action package and I've needed the fog lamps for 12 years! Everywhere I look wants to give me Projection fog lamps which are not correct. I finally came across a lamp fixture that fits a Highlander that is also an exact replica of the fog lamps for the action package. For reference if anyone needs these they are less than $40 I will leave the link.
