Hey everyone, so my question will be how to replace the whole belt tensioner, I seen videos with the 1zzfe engine and how it has all this room to take it out, I couldn't really find any for the 2003 Toyota Celica GT that I have. I went to remove it and the main bolt (17mm) got to the frame before even kinda making it out. I would love a step by step, or maybe even a shortcut to it.

My tensioner is bad all the way around, the pulley itself spins like a fidgit spinner, and the hydraulic arm (the top that's held in with a 12mm) is completely shot to.

With it being bad i get this nasty rattle/knock sound, I ordered a whole new arm, to put in. I just can't figure it out. Any help would be great!
