Electrical help needed please

Can anyone please help?
My celica 03 1.8 has lost power to the dash, windows, radio, heater, engine fan, wipers and indicator. Checked all fuses and obvious checks. Any other idea. Tia

Did you checks inside panel fuse & under hood panel fuse?
what about all the relays?

Looking for some info.
