I've been trying to replace the front bumper on my 02 GT celica. Im having trouble with removing one of the flat bumper bolts. Not sure the name of it but it has a thin flat rounded head like a elevator bolt. The bolt is old and rusted and when I try to remove it from the under side with a 10m socket the rounded head just spins. Anybody know what this bolt is called and any tips on how to remove it?
