My Celica 1.8 original tire size is 185/70/14 but was upgraded to 195/60/15 which is basically the same tire circumference. My speedometer is reading much lower than actual. e.g. at 20MPH my GPS says 36MPH. I've replaced the VSS but it has not made a difference. Any suggestions on what else I should be looking at to fix the incorrect reading?
