Celica Forums News Portal r/Celica Gen 7 growing pains? [r/Celica]

Hey guys,

I'm looking at a 2000 SX (lower spec GTS in Australia) for my first car, however, I'm used to driving my dad's 2010 lancer with more safety features. What kind of "growing pains" should I expect when driving a gen 7? It doesn't even have ABS or anything, pretty bare bones.

Don't get me wrong, I'm so excited to finally be picking one up, but just want to know what to expect for short and long term use.
