I was thinking of gettin the S2000 Antenna, too whoever has that currently on their celi, how is the reception affected? Also, will locktite (used to keep from theft)interfere if it is within the connections of the base and the new antenna mast? Thanks grin

it will not effect ur reception...plus you can use that for theft if ya want...

my reception is better since i got my s2k atennae. Def reccomment it...at worst it will prob be the same as stock. Yea and lock tite would take care of that prob.

you won't have any problems with it. it looks sweet and gets a bit better reception

Yep, that's what it is.

And about the reception, think about it: that antenna is an oem part for the honda s2000. Reception is just fine (I have one) thumbsup

all i did was, you can take the rubber of of the antenna, then its just left with the metal part. just get a wrench and screw it in pretty tite. i doubt anyone will be there trying to unscrew your antenna off with their hands.

It was my first mod and i now get much better reception then the stock lightning rod gave!

i have the chrome s200 antenna and i get worst reception than before cry

I havent noticed any real change doesn't. It seems better on local stations but i dont really get the long range stations that good.
