Easy or difficult? And how do I replace it? Do I need to remove the whole headlight or can I reach behind it and pull the plug out?

Very easy. Remove the rubber covering, undo the hook. Don't touch the glass on the bulb. Only takes a minute

just converted my HID's to H7!! Hard as hell to do, but as long as you remember what it looks like when you take them out just do it all backwards and it should be fine. Looks hella cool.
