i heard that the trd springs are compatible with the stock shocks/struts, so they work really well without all the bouncyness. but i also heard that the eibach pro-kit springs are the same as trd (not for sure). so would the eibachs have the same compatability with the shocks/struts as the trd's? stiff or bouncy?

Yes they will work just fine. TRD and Eibach Pro-Kit are the same.
