how much did you all pay to have your springs installed...the toyota place here wants to charge me $630 to install and align...i almost crapped myself...i hope it is cheaper...let me know how much to expect to pay and if this is correct (seems high to me)...thanks
Same here, places around here want to charge me about 500-600 for the install. So one of my friends works for Ford and he's gonna help me do it myself.

$60.00 bucks, what are you smoking and where can I get me some. No way, not around here. I've called 15 different places, all the same.
Lucky
Sorry, I don't smoke. $60 is what I paid. It takes about an hour. Toyota charges about $35 per hour on labor here in California. I don't know how they could justify $600+ for a two hour job (with alignment)

Really BAD reality TV is the reason I stopped watching MTV.
here in illinois they charged around 250 something for installing springs (coilovers) no alignment. If you have springs, i suggest you go to the nearest autozone or any auto store and rent a springs compressor, it's free and you only have to deposit 50 dollars, and after you're done they'll give the 50 dollars deposit back. You'll need jackstand if you going to do it yourself, and be really careful, my friends adviced that to me. BTW get some help from friends. that's what i'm doing.
