Buy some gutter guard from home depot or lowes and make them yourself. You could even paint it a custom color before installing, if you feel so inclined

I'm pretty sure I got them from a seller named ycart1201. You can check his storehere [search.stores.ebay.com] but it doesn't look like he sells the seat grills anymore. You could probably send him a e-mail or something to find out where he got them, or even if he still has them. He also has a variety of other cheap (and somewhat cheesy) products for the celica as well as matrix/vibe and jeep. Check 'em out.
