Hey fellas I've gotta quick question. Some of you have painted interiors including center console etc. what I was wondering is where you get the paint/gloss from, or do you take it somewhere to get this done? I'm wanting to paint the interior a gloss blue so it shines, any info?

you can get testors paint from a hobby store, or you can get it done professionally. If it's worth the extra money (~$75 a piece) to get it done prof, get it done. If not, buy some testors paint and a large can of clear coat, and your all set

$75 a piece, such as the center console, Speedo cover and the small speakers on the doors?

so basically all I have to do is put on the paint then apply the high gloss? As Diablo said I can pick this stuff up at a hobby store? How much does the testor paint and high gloss cost? Thanks, that's the last of my questions.

Thanks, that's the last of my questions. some say you need to sand first but i didn't and i wouldn't worry bout it i've had mine painted for over a year now and not one deffect... and i think the paint goes for like 3$ a can but the cans are small. i used 5 or 6 cans of white and only one of black pearl and then like 4 cans of clear but i wanted it done very well so what thats like lil over 30$ in surpplies but i would suggest pickin up so 1500 grit wetsand paper for the final touches... after bout 2 days of curing wet sand the pieces then apply 2 layers of color then like 3 or so layers of clear for a flawless job

Here's a paint guide that I posted a little while ago. It outlines the steps I used to paint my dome light housing, and am in the process of using to paint my center console. paint guide Following this should give you nice, professional looking results. Good luck, and if you need any other help fell free to PM me or hit me up on AIM at DragonriderCB.
