Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior AutoMeter Gauges

I just installed my Volt and A/f gauges. My Volt gauge is red at night, is it the actual buld that is red or did the shop install the stupid color condom thing. its sunday and i can't contatct the shop till tomorow but does anybody know that has the volt gauge?

It's a "color condom"

Any Idea how to remove it? its in a gauge pod screwed to the piller.
