Check the documentation on your headers, if it has "CARB" legality, then your cool. But if it doesnt and you think it's really loud, ask your local mechanic shop that does state inspection to check the decibel rating on your exhaust at your next oil change or what have you. If they give you a number that's above 100 then i would look into your state law, and cross reference. I believe in the state of california is like 102. ***I am not sure, do not quote me and go and get the loudest N1 exhaust system ever and then tell the cop that you read it was ok!
