okay here's the thing, I bought a pair of front 2002 leather seats with srs side airbags and one of them happens to be out of aligned meaning, its not straight. It has to do nothing with the bolts or the slider. To fix this, you probably have to take out the seat assembly. When you sit on it, you can tell its a bit crooked. The thing is, is this going to be covered under warranty? I've called the service manager and told me to bring it in tomarrow. I bought these seats from a member here and he's still under warranty for these. I have a feeling they would ask about it since my rear are cloth.
If i cant find him, perhaps someone here can help me out? Probably just a note with ur vehicles vin number, year and mileage and a statement that you sold them to me and still under warranty.
someone pm me.

I don't think they are going to cover you because they are not the seats that came with your car. especially if you have cloth rears and leather fronts ... I think their gonna notice that.

Tell them that the leather is stock, and that you replaced the BACK seats.. Since you aren't asking them to fix the back, it won't be an issue

Rice, yes these did not came about the seats but put it this way. Buying these seats are like buying an used celica. The warranty still applies anything under 36k. I'm trying to contact the previous owner and if i can get him to get me a note, the year of his car, mileage and vin number, that should work wonders. I need alternative help for someone to help me out with a note if i have problems contacting him. I'm in a bit of a rush and will be taking the car to toyota in 2 hrs. He haven't been on the boards for a while. thanks for the help guys.

Did you read my suggestion? There's no way they can tell which are the stock ones, so just say that the front are stock, and the rear are replacements.

there is a few, but the one im going to is a very good dealer. They've replaced my belt tensioner and water pump (didnt even ask for that) without any problems. This should be the same with the seats.

Y don't you try removing the seat yourself? Just get the right tools! Not a difficult job!
