i removed my butterfly valve but i didnt notice a real change in the sound

one other thing, what rims from other cars would work on a celica, like would a 2003 focus work

If I were you, just save up for a nice set of rims you like instead of getting rims from another car. Cause I think that would look awkward when your sporting Ford rims with your Toy... ![thumbsdown thumbsdown](https://celicahobby.com/forums/images/graemlins/celica/thumbsdown.gif) Unless you find the exact same looking rims but it's not from Ford and doesn't have the Ford emblem on the center cap...I guess go for it...
