Go to a Toyota dealer and ask them for the bolt that holds the belt tensioner bracket into the engine block. Should cost only 41 to 5

I know it's a 19 mm hex head, but dont know how long and what thread size.

It's tricky to back that bolt out due to the very tight clearance to the side of the engine bay. You need to first take the belt out to relsase tension on the tensioner. Then use a flat ratcheting box key to turn the head. Some mechanics insist engine mounts have to be removed and engine jacked up for clearance, but it's a lot more work and not necessary.

When you install the new bolt, be careful and dont overtighten it. The block is Aluminum and threads can be easily stripped.

May be better to take the new bolt to a mechanic who has the right tools to do it for cheap, like within 15 minutes
