While browsing for audio stuff... I discovered that Crutchfield.com actually has a few Celica parts... Including these nice looking lights:

They're nice, but expensive. For best quality and fitment, go with TYC thumbsup

You can get them for good prices HERE [matrixracing.com] grin

Ehhhh, they're not too bad looking. The weird think about APC is they produce so many products (like tailights) but they charge a $hitload for them still. You can get a set of TYCs for way less than that. That being said this particular set looks better than most of theirs.

Now long ago I recall custom taillights requiring you to cut plastic from your car... is that still the case, or do the newer lights fit perfectly without cutting?

you just unbolt the stock ones (3bolts) and put in the new ones. it took me 3min to put in my redout TYC's

You only have to do that with the cheap altezza's. When i bought my car, they had those on, and the panels didnt stay on, so i got the gunmetal tyc's and love them. thumbsup

Ok, so I was little uneducated about tail light websites smile

Now for an opinion question. What kind of lights go good on a silver celica? I'm not sure I like the euro clear type, just looks ... I dunno... wrong.

What about carbon fiber? Maybe even black? Silver is a really hard color to get good lights for frown

Silver's one of the best colors, I think! Go with TYC reds or TYC black. Either one looks good with silver thumbsup

Yeah i think they are nice. But i also looked at the TYC, and I don't know I think I'm leaning toward the TYC's. Because you can get the 'Carbon fiber one's in Black. Which is what i really want to do.

TYC has been on top for so long. They're good.

03 Tails look sick. My suggestion would be TYCs or 03 Tails if you can find them.
