So think I would be able to convert my slider into power controlled seats? anyone ever done this? I would want the nice ones that move foward, backward, up, down, and maybe tilt
just something I would want to do some time and wondering if there was any info out there

IMHO I don't think it's worth it. For the money you spend on those suckers you could get some REALLY nice seats, perhaps Bride or Recaro for example.

It's not gonna be cheap. You gotta buy the motors & custome mount them, then you gotta buy the rails & you gotta get power to the motors & switches. Too much hassle & money. There's really no point in getting power seats if you're the only one who drives the car. Once you have your seat in the position that you like, there's no point to move it.

hmm I figured I might be able to buy the whole assembly somewhere and just bolt it in and wire it up, but I dunno I guess you are right
Its just that I seem comfortable for a while but then my right foot get pains in it, I guess I was hoping for more options of where to put the seat

If you're right foot gets pain then there's something wrong with your leg. Our seats are made by Recaro, that's why they're so comfortable

I've never thought about doing that, but I'm sure it can be done. www.autoloc.com [ autoloc.com] sells power window kits and power lock kits. You might be able to get away with fabricating your own.
Knowing the path and choosing the path are two different things.

Why would you need that shit? How often do you adjust your seats? Not worth the pain and money... P.S.Instead of spending money on the seat motors and rest of the shit...Just go to the DOCTOR to check your leg

It would be very cool if you did it. An older modle celica came with them (the awd turbo). It might be cheaper and more worth your money to install seat heaters instead. There are companies that do that install.
