i did it for the clean look, but i want to put my GT emblem back on, because a lot of people at the track are like "i thought a GTS was faster than that"
was....5speed with i/h/e 15.41 @ 89.30mph 2.282 60'
Here is a question by the way. I used to have a TRD badge on my celica, i debadged it about a week ago and there is still a thin layer of glue left over that i am having real difficulty getting out, i have tried using simple green but that has only helped a little bit, i kno i should use goo gone but idk where to find it. if andybody can tell me where i can find it itll be very appreciated, also if there are any other methods of cleaning off the residue glue i would also like that, thanks a lot fellas.
I debadged for the clean look. Most people around here don't know what the difference is between a GT and a GTS anyway. Goo Gone works great, and so does "oops".

Yeah, people do it for the clean look. Though, I believe most people that know celicas know what the difference is, but it keeps them guessing when you are in front of them as to what you have (if you dont know to look at the exhaust tip.
clean look and also when i got my car back from the shop they decided to move my badges to the top rite and left corners and didnt like it at all so i removed them
i dont like to debage because when i was little and did not know the car models i fhinked they was a shamed of having a jap car and took away the bage so other cud not see it was a honda or toyota lol. small peepz fhink carzy fhing but eaven if it seem weierd to us many peepz dont know that teh celica is a toyota lol so i will keep mine on for representing
After i backed into a mailbox and they had to repaint the trunk it was gonna cost 25 bucks to get the emblems back on so i said screw it i will go clean.
