It's been around a lot - do a search and you'll find info. I think it's a lot more than $3K.

The Blitz s/c is for the GTS; also, it's not worth the money, it's only about 30hp for $5g's.

Mind you that dyno was done with 19's. Saying it only puts out 30 hp would not be a fair and accurate statement.

True, I forgot about that. The thing is, yes, you'll lose some power due to rotational mass, but it's not going to be anything astronomically different.

True, but most ppl just want horsepower with reliability coming second. Blitz is making sure that there aren't going to be a growing amount of blown 2zz motors. They're doing so by not going ape shit with their s/c. BTW, say i only gives you like 210 FWHP. That's about 40 FWHP over stock and in our cars that is a LOT of horsespower.

I'm told that turbo lag isn't really that big of a deal.

turbo lag with the xs kit is very small due to the ball bearing turbo for quick sool up.plus the turbo is small so that helps too.

the blitz s/c was also a japanese version of the s/c. it was meant to be ran with 100+ octane and the install was done on speculation because they couldnt read the japanese instructions. i know that there have been post and the octance level doesnt change power, but my point is that this japanese spec s/c wasnt meant to be on an american spec vehicle so there is some power loss for that. and they could have made a small mistake in the install since they didnt have english instructions, just a possibility. in my opinion the xs turbo is the better buy

I second that notion. XS is the way to go!
