any toyota dealer.
try, claremont or cabe toyota they usually give discount to celica owners. Or check i-m-racing.com, they have good prices too.
installing isn't that hard, but you gonna have to do some cutting on the plastic. and you have align it right for plastic to fit in perfectly.
