The front endlinks are installed as well but I'd have to take the wheels off to properly showcase them. How do you guys think it looks?

More pics coming soon... thumbsup

How did you decide what to set the sway bar links at? I am looking to do this mod and have always wondered this question? Also do you notice any difference with those instead of stock ones?

The proper way to set the endlinks' length is while the suspension is weighed down, especially if you can simulate the driver's weight up front. The only way I can see this happening is if you drive up 4 ramps, or if you can get your car onto an alignment lift.

not really, but then again I didn't expect much to start with... It was purchased mainly to round out my Hypermotive collection - wink

Well then how did you choose that height? Just keep tighting them till you can't move it or what? With all that new stuff did you notice a difference in handling?

I actually adjusted them to 1" shorter than stock to start with, due to my TRD springs, and then went from there... Before these adjustable endlinks were installed, I noticed a clunking sound upon making hard right turns and didn't feel comfortable with the strength and size of the stock endlinks after my drop. After installation, I've noticed no problems and can feel a definite difference when I hold the curve. Accelerating through the turn is no problem now and the celi performs admirably... I was messing with another GT which appeared to be stock and I hammered him hard on the twisties - wink

As far as noticing differences - each suspension mod I've done has produced varying positive gains in stability and cornering, except for the lower arm bar but that doesn't really count. The biggest difference was made by the sways - obviously... A friend of mine hadn't driven my car since it was bone stock and he was amazed at how different it felt. This was good to hear since, as we all know, making incremental changes with our cars causes us to miss the degree of disparity between where we are now and the feeling of a stock celica when it all began. I know I can't remember that far back... but I consider that a good thing - happywink

If you ever get any extra $$$, pick up the Hotchkis sways (Comp = best performing; Street = for the inexperienced driver). Waaay better than the soft TRD ones. thumbsup The car will be almost as level on turns as it would be with coilovers. grin Might also wanna pick up an RMM, APC, or APR front strut bar, since the Hypermotive one is just for the bling, being made of soft metal.

yeah - I was contemplating the Hotchkis comp's but I guess I just have a soft spot for all things TRD and jumped on them when I got a sweet deal. May still go with your suggestion in the future however, after I take care of a few exterior enhancements - cool

Also, to be perfectly honest, I chose the Hypermotive front strut bar mainly for its appearance and the way it set off my intake and battery tie-down. Performance-wise, I've been eyeing the Carbing and RMM bars but we'll see... I kinda like the way my engine bay looks right now. Only one mod remains to tidy up the look and it'll be complete

shit never realized the endlinks being adjustable. i guess i need those too. how difficult was it to remove the stock sway from the rear. im sure it just slides down after removal of links and couple bolts. my stock links are rubbing because of the dropped coilovers

Very easy, actually. Just remove the axle back portion of the exhaust and its heatshield, and the sway bar will be right in front of you. Remove the brackets (4 bolts) and the endlinks, and the bar comes right out.

Yeah I have those same sway bars and I think I am going to get those endlinks when the winter is over with. They look good and my stock ones look like they are having a hard time when I turn the coil-overs down. I have the ARP sturt bar comming in the mail now so I am almost complete with the suspension.
