Some old posts show that the DC headers arent putting the HP that were said they were, but with nothing but the headers, yeah you can see 10, but for some reason if you already have an exhaust and intake, dont look at more then 5 with the headres and pulleys!

reliability issue in that you could suffer massive engine damage. that would suck

Reliability could be a problem. diittoo...just get Trial, HotShot, or even TPR if they come out with one. also the UR pullys are kind of unreliable

Just port the headers, better than any of the aftermarket headers out there so far. Unless someone comes out with full race headers in the near future.

it opens the wall more so more air can scape, right now porting our header mite be the best way to have some gains, but after tpr comes out with the header then we would be strait

Where do you go do get something like that done, do you have to buy something to port it? A custom mechanics shop would be able to do it for you. Not every shop has the equipment to port.

What I mean by porting is port the entire inside not just the flanges. But make sure the shop doesn't port it to the point where there is barely any structural integrity of the header. Just enough to gain power, not too much to have holes between the tubes.
