I recently purchased a 1998 Toyota celica SX.
I've been doing whatever I can do myself before I take it for a roadworthy.
Everything is fine apart from the inner tail lights. All other lights work ( head light, high beams, parkers, plate, indicators, brake and runners.
The inner lights appear to be break and runner lights also but I just can't seem to get them going. anyone know what the problem could be ?

I've changed the globes and checked the fuses and I don't think it's either of those.
