Should i be concerned if the Alternator is sparking, when it comes close to contact with a rubber lining in the engine bay?
Noticed to be a reoccurring theme when started from cold start. Any possible fixes, any dangers?
Tried tucking the lining and zip tying it, but doesnt seem to cut it.

Kind of new to this, currently just assuming that its the alternator (has a massive A on the end of it :D)

Anytime a spark is present near combustion or gasoline (even fumes), you should be cautious. I would strongly consider you replace it or see a mechanic if you can't replace it yourself.
