First off, Hello everyone, I'm new here. I live in California so importing cars is super frustrating. There's a 1999 Celica that I'm eyeballing. Does the 25 year law apply to cars that been manufactured for all regions? I've google the EPA and DOT stuff and have many forms open with the DMV.
I need some help here thanks.
