i think we dont have to change them til you hit the 100k mark because they are iridium. i may be wrong. and im new at this distributorless and timechain setup. how do you tune up your car like you did when i had the distributor and timeing belt.

Dealers recommend change every 90K.

as far as i know the spark plug change comes around 100k because of the type of spark plug.

it really depends on how hard you are on your car and what type of fuel you use. all that has an effect on the plugs. i myself will probs change it around 60k, but i'd do an inspection first.
